Shirt Tales Return Policy

The Shirt Tales return policy is pretty simple. Most items are custom made just for you and are therefore, non-returnable or refundable. If there is something wrong with the apparel upon delivery please let us know immediately and we will make sure you receive a quality piece of apparel. For custom-made and on-demand items, we do not accept returns based on size issues or ordering errors.

For premade items, including stocked items purchased in-store or online, returns/exchanges are allowed for 30 days. On-demand items are also made just for you and not subject to returns or exchanges. For a premade item to be returned or exchanged, a receipt is required and the item must be in like-new (sellable condition). It should still have tags, not be dirty, be covered in pet hair, or smell like smoke.

Eligible premade items may be returned or exchanged in store or returned by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
