Shirt Tales Return Policy

The Shirt Tales return policy is pretty simple. Most items are custom made just for you and are therefore, non-returnable or refundable. If there is something wrong with the apparel upon delivery please let us know immediately and we will make sure you receive a quality piece of apparel. We do not accept returns based on size issues or ordering errors.

For stocked, retail store purchases, returns/exchanges are allowed for 30 days. On-demand items are also made just for you and not subject to returns or exchanges. For a stocked item to be returned or exchanged, a receipt is required and the item must be in like-new (sellable condition). It should still have tags, not be dirty, be covered in pet hair, or smell like smoke.
